The Kangaroo Valley Show’s annual Cheese & Wine Tasting returns with an evening devoted to flavour, artisan crafting and the stories that shape them.

Stories Behind the Rind invites you on a guided tasting journey through a curated selection of cheeses, each paired with a complementary wine chosen to highlight its character. Along the way, we’ll explore the origins of each cheese — where it comes from, how it’s made, and why it works so well alongside its matched wine.

Relaxed, informative and generously paced, it’s an evening to savour — whether you’re deepening your knowledge or simply enjoying good cheese, good wine and good company.
