This year, the schedule goes online with all of the events and prizing listed right here on the website with links to enter.

While there are great prizes to be won, the competitions are really a wonderful way to get involved and help keep alive the values of rural life for the community and visitors to our Valley.

Pavilion Information

Event Time

  • The Pavilion Events occur in the Pavilion and in the Main Hall.
  • The Pavilion is open on Fri 14 Feb from 1-8pm and Sat 15 Feb from 9am to 5pm.
  • The Pavilion will be closed for judging on Fri 14 Feb between 9am and 1pm.
  • The Main Hall is open Fri 14 Feb from 9am-8pm and Sat 15 Feb from 8am to 5pm.

Conditions

  • Every article must have been made or grown by the exhibitor or a member of the household.
  • Exhibitors are asked to display exhibits in suitable containers where relevant.
  • No exhibit will be received unless entry ticket is attached.

How to Enter and Deliver Exhibit

  • All entries are free.
  • Membership is available online until Thurs 13 Feb (unless otherwise stated in each section).
  • Entries must be made online at www.kangaroovalleyshow.org.au or in person at the Show Office during Show Office hours.
  • Please note that there will be different times for entry cut-off and delivery of exhibits, so please note individual sections carefully.
  • Please note that access to the Showgrounds by car will be available on Thurs 13 Feb, but there is NO CAR ENTRY on Fri 14 Feb. There are dedicated parking spots on the street and volunteers available to assist with cartage as needed.

Prizes

  • As stated in each section
  • Prize money can be collected from the Show Office on Sat 15 Feb between 9am and 6pm and Sun 16 Feb between 9-11am.
  • Prize money not collected by the end of the Show will be forfeited.

Picking up exhibits

  • All Pavilion Exhibits must be collected from the Pavilion or the Main Hall on Sat 15 Feb between 5pm-6.30pm or Sun 16 Feb between 9am-11am.
  • Please note there is no car access for pick up but there are dedicated parking spots on the street and volunteers available to assist with cartage as needed.
  • All perishable items remaining unclaimed at 11am Sun 16 Feb will be disposed of.
