Commercial Sites

Vendors and Exhibitors wishing to rent a site for the Kangaroo Valley Show should, in the first instance, should download, complete and send their Site Application Form to the Events Coordinator. You will be informed when approved and asked to pay the appropriate site fees. Other essential work and permit forms will also be required as part of your site application and listed therein.

Community Sites

Community and charitable organisations participation is encouraged at the Kangaroo Valley Show and special conditions and arrangements are in place accordingly. Please download, complete and send the Site Application Form marking such on the form to the Events Coordinator.
