In 2026 the popular Cheese and Dairy Section returns with guest Judge and Cheese Expert Graham Redhead. Open Judging commences at 9.30am Friday 13 February in the Kangaroo Valley Hall. With a variety of categories from yoghurts to butters and whites to blues, it’s a great opportunity to have your products assessed by a Cheese Expert and receive personal feedback.
