In 2025 the popular Cheese and Dairy Section returns with guest Judge and Cheese Expert Graham Redhead. Open Judging commences at 9.00am Friday 14 February in the Kangaroo Valley Hall. With a variety of categories from yoghurts to butters and whites to blues, it’s a great opportunity to have your products assessed by a Cheese Expert and receive personal feedback.
The Stories Behind the Rind event invites you on a guided tasting journey through a curated selection of cheeses, each paired with a complementary wine chosen to highlight its character.
