Cheese & Dairy Produce
In 2025 the popular Cheese and Dairy Section returns with guest Judge and Cheese Expert Graham Redhead. Open Judging commences at 9.00am Friday 14 February in the Kangaroo Valley Hall. With a variety of categories from yoghurts to butters and whites to blues, it's a great opportunity to have your products assessed by a Cheese Expert and receive personal feedback.
